Congratulations to our Dignity in Action Award winner, Ashley Lukert!
This quarterly recognition celebrates team members who truly make a difference in the lives of our residents, families, and team. Team members are nominated by other team members, supervisors, residents, or family members.
Ashley was nominated for consistently displaying a “Yes I Can” attitude and has the nickname of “Ask Ashley Anything.” If she does not know the answer, she will find it. Ashley has been a dedicated learner of the new scheduling platform and goes above and beyond daily. Thank you Ashley for everything you do at Ridgewood!
