Pilates brain is real; for clients AND instructors 😜

A great instructor will try and cue everyone through the same thing, repeating it 50 different times, and in 50 different ways. We all learn and hear instruction differently!

See, pilates is tricky like that…you think you are coming for just a workout, and realizing that it is also for your brain…like lots of brain…mindfulness…mindbody connection the whole workout!
