We’re offering Race Week Prep Appointments at our Wexford Location with our Physical Therapist and endurance athlete, Lauren Wentz. These sessions are designed specifically for runners, triathletes and Hyrox athletes to help your body feel fresh, loose, and primed for your big event. Whether you’re feeling heavy legs, tight calves, taper crazies or pre-race nerves, this session focuses on restoring your body.

Options to choose from during your 45-minute appointment:

✔️ Gentle, targeted soft tissue work to reduce tightness, inflammation and improve mobility
✔️ Physical Therapist assisted lower extremity stretching (hips, quads, hamstrings, calves)
✔️ Cupping therapy to improve circulation and decrease muscle tension
✔️ Recovery boots to help flush out fatigue and swelling
✔️ Professional KT Taping for added support and stability
