We are closely tracking the weather conditions and monitoring how it may affect clinic operations. Your safety is our priority.

We plan to resume normal clinic operations beginning at 10AM on Monday, including pharmacy, laboratory, and immunization services. If you have an appointment scheduled prior to 10AM, clinic staff will contact you directly to reschedule or discuss virtual care options, as appropriate.

Patients who need to reschedule or request virtual primary care may call the Appointment Line at (919) 722-1802 starting at 1000 Monday.

To reach the TRICARE Nurse Advice Line (NAL), call 1-800-TRICARE (1-800-874-2273) and select option 1. The NAL is available 24/7 for general health care questions and advice from a registered nurse.

For pharmacy support during closures or travel impacts, please ask your provider to send prescriptions to any TRICARE Network Pharmacy of your choice. You can locate a TRICARE Network Pharmacy at:

Effective 17 November, Pharmacy hours will be 0800-1600.

Q-Anywhere (text-to-activate service) will be available for:

- Same-day pickup of urgent medications (e.g. antibiotics, surgery prescriptions)
- Next-duty day pickup of non-urgent medications

Text the phrase “get in line” to 833-338-1731 to activate new or renewed prescriptions.
Call 984-355-8583 to call in refills. Turnaround time on prescription refills remains the same at three duty days.
