The attached brochure provides information for returning and/or visiting beneficiaries from overseas to the United States on how to access health care. Unless or until they switch their enrollment to a CONUS TRICARE region, their care is covered/coordinated by International SOS. To avoid being billed/charged for medical care, returning/visiting beneficiaries must switch/update their enrollment to a CONUS TRICARE region.

The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on Jan 30, 2026. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
