It is the whole point 🖤

It is hard at first. I am also in the phase of relearning my body after having a baby. I have to also remind myself that this is part of the journey. I am not where I was YET. You may not be where you want to be,YET. Keep going. The beauty of yoga is there is no actual destination, it is just continous growth. Isn't that beautiful 🌼
