Our Brownstown office is without phones, so if you call their office your call will be routed to the Seymour location so your call can be taken. We are working on getting Brownstowns phones back up and running,but it may take some time. Thank you for your cooperation!

UPDATE: we are back up and working!!!

We are currently without internet and phones at both of our offices. We have contacted metronet to get this fixed but we do not have an approx time. Please be patient with us and we will update as we can. w

We will be getting a phone upgrade between the hours of 10am-12pm today! Our phones will be down and unavailable during those hours. If anyone needs something utilize your Follow My Health portal or feel free to come into the office to speak to someone. We are sorry for the inconvenience! We hope this fixes many of our phone issues we have been having!

We are getting phone upgrades on Wed Aug 20th from 10am-12pm. Our phones will be out of service until they are all hooked up and working properly. We ask that everyone utilize your Follow My Health portal for your questions or concerns during this time. We will be available before 10 am for sure. We will keep everyone updated after the install. Starting next week we are going to electronic billing! Patients will start receiving text messages and emails about their balances. This will allow you to pay your bill at your finger tip! If there are any questions, please reach out to us!
