We will be OPEN as usual on 1/27.

With anticipation of the snow, we have CLOSED the office on Monday. We plan to return to normal business hours Tuesday. HOWEVER, that could change based upon the amount of snow we receive and the condition of the roads. Please watch for updates on Facebook and through your patient portal. If you have questions or concerns, you may message us through the patient portal or sunrisehealthcarellc@gmail.com. We do not receive messages through Facebook messenger.

The office will be CLOSED Monday, January 26th due to the potential for significant snow over the weekend. ALL patients who are scheduled for Monday may be seen this week or later next week. We will be making calls today but you are welcome to call us to reschedule. We will do our best to accommodate the times you need but that may not be possible with our already full schedules.

Just a reminder about our WINTER WEATHER POLICY:
If you know bad weather is coming and you will be unable to make it to your appointment, please call 24+ hours in advance and we will do our best to adjust your appointment day/time to be seen prior to the poor weather. The late cancelation/no show fee will remain in effect even if there is bad weather because we are willing to work with you to be seen. No prescriptions will be sent without an appointment.
