Meet one of our wonderful teachers, Alex!
Alex is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Instructor who completed her 200-hour training at Kripalu and her advanced 500-hour certification in the lineage of Para Yoga. Her classes blend strength, stillness, and self-discovery through mindful movement.
She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and brings that expertise to her Yoga with Weights classes for a strong and empowering practice. Alex has also completed STOTT Pilates Reformer training and teaches several classes each week in the new Reformer studio. She loves exploring all forms of movement—from Barre, Functional Strength Training, and HIIT to Cycling.
Fitness and wellness are her passions, and she’s dedicated to helping others feel grounded, confident, and strong in their daily lives.
Alex guides group classes and offers private sessions at the studio by request.
