Prairie Crossing is nestled in the peaceful countryside of DeKalb County near the beautiful Shabbona State Park and Shabbona Lake. Each resident has their own apartment with all of the safety features this facility has to offer. There is no reason to worry about the safety of loved ones here. We provide each resident with the compassion and respect we would give our own family members. We provide you with the privacy of having your own apartment, which is designed especially for senior living. You can welcome visitors or spend quiet time relaxing. A full array of accommodations and helpful services make your days fulﬁlled and comfortable.

We had a great girls trip today! Stopped at Dunkin this morning, and then ended it with some Walmart shopping! We had such a blast being out and about, but the wind ruined our pretty hair ): can’t wait for our next trip!!!

We had a BUSY day today! We started filling some Easter eggs for our Easter egg hunt on April 4th, followed by some help redoing our bulletin board! We listened to some music, talked, and laughed ALL day long! 🩷😄🐣🥚
