Upcoming Changes!

Hello and Happy New Year!

If you've been in during the past few years you know I've been slowly growing another side to my little business. In addition to the highest quality therapeutic massage around, I've been coaching clients in movement, strength and nutrition habits in an effort to better help every body feel and move better in the body they are in!

Over the past 6 years I've accumulated education from Precision Nutrition, leaders in evidence based, non toxic, habit focused nutrition coaching. I've also studied under ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) with focuses on personal training, bodybuilding, injury prevention and rehab exercise and more.

I'm excited to announce a rebrand of my business to better reflect the combination of services I now provide, and wanted to give you the heads up of these changes!

If you have standing appointments coming up you will see some additional reminders. I apologize for any annoyance this causes, and I'll do my best to keep everything as minimal as I can.
