My routine looks a little like this:
☕️ Coffee in hand + cozy playlist
📝 Plan my workouts for the week (3–4 sessions written down = no excuses)
🛒 Grocery shop for fall favorites—apples, squash, pumpkin, hearty greens
🥗 Meal prep simple, balanced meals so I’m fueled for busy days
It doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to set the tone. A little planning on Sunday makes the whole week feel lighter, healthier, and more intentional.
