Happy Thursday! Unfortunately, our society is "go, go, go" - even postpartum! If you just had a baby, although this may be hard, try to stick to the 5, 5, 5 rule! 5 days IN bed, 5 days ON bed, and 5 days NEAR bed! This gives your body a solid 15 days to rest, heal and spend amazing quality time with your sweet baby! Try not to worry about the "should be doing" mentality, as the "shoulds" will ALWAYS be there!! You deserve rest, to be waited on, and to get to know this little human you brought earth side! :) If you or someone you know are looking for a postpartum doula, please reach out, I'd be happy to chat!
