We’re proud to share that Annette Pearson, Chief of Programs at NorthStar Regional, has been selected to serve on the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) ASAM 4 Advisory Workgroup.

This statewide group brings together leaders from across Minnesota to help guide the development and implementation of high-quality, person-centered substance use disorder treatment at the most intensive levels of care.

“Each group member brings a different perspective, and we need all of those perspectives to provide the best evidence-based, outcome-oriented, and responsible treatment for our clients,” Annette shared.

NorthStar Regional (NSR) is a behavioral health organization dedicated to helping people struggling with mental health and substance use disorders Move Forward in Hope. NorthStar Regional provides Residential treatment, Intensive Outpatient services with and without lodging, Individual and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) mental health counseling services, substance use treatment, and sober housing. ​
