Located in Shakopee's Historical center of town this building started out as the first movie theatre in Shakopee, it has hosted different shops throughout its life and has recently been apartment rentals. Now we are making our dream a reality for all to enjoy. We want everyone who is limited with space in their homes, townhomes, apartments to be able to enjoy their families and friends all together in a setting that is comforable, spacious and condusive to a variety of entertainment and activity. We hope you are able to enjoy all the comforts of home while you stay and partake in the space and the variety of life that exists in our downtown area. Drink in our local coffee shops and bakery in the early morning hours, savor the restuarants nearby, fancy the clothing stores all within blocks of your stay. For cyclist we even have a bicycle shop with in a block of our location.

This year we’ll have food trucks, live DJ music, two cash bars, a silent auction full of new items, more games & crazy fun activities for kids.

Hi All

Is anyone out there planning a family reunion???? La Brique Lieu would be a fabulous place to stay with so many accomodations for family members. Huber Park is right across the street for families to play and spend time walking along the river or riding bike! Don't forget ValleyFair is just down the street as well as Canterbury Downs! So Much to do and staying right downtown is the ideal location!! The Shakopee Bakery right next door "What more could you ask for" Fresh donuts in the morning!!!!
