As we welcome the New Year, we want to keep you informed of our holiday schedule:

🗓 Wednesday, December 31
⏰ Open 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

🗓 Thursday, January 1 & Friday, January 2
🚪 Office Closed in observance of the New Year holiday

We will resume normal business hours following the holiday. If you leave us a voicemail during the closure, your call will be returned as soon as we are back in the office.

You still have time to join us in decorating our tree and receive your pre-Christmas adjustment, a wonderful opportunity to spread joy and cheer. Our office will be closed next week as we celebrate the holidays with our loved ones, a well-deserved break to recharge and refocus. We will resume office hours on December 29-30 from 7:30-6 and December 31 from 7:00-1:00 pm, a chance to finish the year strong and start anew.

🎒 Backpack Alert for Parents! 🎒
Did you know that a backpack that's too heavy or worn the wrong way can cause serious issues for your child’s spine?

📚 A recent study found that 74% of backpack users experienced back pain—and many kids are carrying far more than they should!

✅ The rule? A backpack should weigh no more than 10–15% of your child’s body weight.
💡 Function over fashion! Look for wide, padded straps, proper fit, and compartments to help evenly distribute weight.
⚠️ Watch for warning signs like red shoulder marks, poor posture, or complaints of pain.
