CRCI Graduates Chris Smith and Scott Brookes taught an Aspire Coach Training for Raleigh Dream Center, Revive Her Ministries, and Living Free Ministries to help them start using the Aspire survey—a simple tool that helps programs understand a person’s full recovery journey.

Aspire looks at key areas like employment, health care, housing, and community support, then helps staff create personalized follow‑up plans that continue after graduation. It also gives ministries clear, measurable outcomes to show long‑term impact—things like how many graduates keep their jobs, maintain health insurance, or stay connected to mental health care.

One ministry shared how they help residents open bank accounts through partners like United Bank and Aspire now helps track whether that stability continues. That’s the kind of long‑term story Aspire brings to light.

Most importantly, ministries across North Carolina are coming together around whole‑person care. Chris and Scott have experienced Aspire themselves and now are sharing it with others to support recovery with a clear direction.
