So proud of the folks in my Spring Ayurvedic Community Cleanse group! 🤩They are on their last day of the main kitchari cleanse and are ready to start re-integration tomorrow. It has been such an honor supporting them on their journey. 💕 Sharing the wisdom and practical tools (not to mention the yummy food!) of Ayurveda with others brings me much joy. 🌸 I am grateful to Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and to Dr Anusha Seghal for all of the excellent training that I have received. 🙏

Just finished a my 10-day Ayurvedic seasonal cleanse. Feeling so good! This is one of the yummy, healthy meals that I cooked during the cleanse. Warming, nourishing and with plenty of flavor and spice. 😄 Now that I’ve done my own work, I’m supporting the 25 lovely people who signed up for my Spring Community Ayurvedic Cleanse as they embark upon the cleansing journey. So rewarding! 💕💕💕
