Our Ashland Assisted Living campus recently enjoyed a visit from the Ashland County Dog Shelter this week. Kennel Manager Shannon Hamilton came and brought one of the shelter dogs. During his very informative presentation, Mr. Hamilton discussed opportunities for residents to adopt a dog or volunteer at the shelter, such as by walking a dog or providing food. The residents thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

This week, our Newton Falls campus hosted a Valentine's Day party for residents. The celebration featured pizza, punch, snacks, and cupcakes. Residents also enjoyed a special bingo session led by the Lake Milton Woman's League. As part of the festivities, residents decorated bags and signed valentines to share. The atmosphere was enhanced by special music played from one of our residents' old-time radios.
