Clepper Manor is a restored 20th-century mansion located just outside downtown Sharon, PA. We have something for everyone to enjoy during their stay. Assistance

We are a skilled nursing facility and specialize in short term rehabilitation. We employ professional nursing staff who provide around-the-clock care, and a ‘hand to hold’ during challenging times. We accommodate our residents with services like:

Physical therapy
Occupational therapy
Speech therapy
Wound care
Transport and ambulance services
Dietary services
Contracted hospice care
Rehabilitation services
Balance and coordination exercises
Outpatient service
Clepper Manor also offers long-term care, short-term care, and respite care with fully equipped therapy rooms. All staff is pre-screened and up to date on all certificates and clearances. Our social worker is the heart of the community and delivers support to residents, families, and friends. activities & assistance
Our activities department offers an array of enjoyable events, from bowling to crafts. Participate in one-on-one room visits, coffee clubs, games, movies, and local outings. Clepper Manor also provides pet therapy visits for our animal-lovers. Our impressive team continues to support our residents to meet their goals in mobility, strength training, and more. We accept most insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay.

When Linda arrived at Clepper Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation after a hospitalization, everyday movements felt overwhelming. Strength and endurance were limited, and each milestone required patience and persistence.

With the steady support of our Heritage Rehab team and Linda’s own determination, those small steps began to add up. Through ongoing therapy, she rebuilt her confidence, improved her balance and regained the strength needed to move independently throughout the facility.

Today, Linda is preparing to return home with her husband and looking forward to more time with family. We’re incredibly proud of Linda and thankful for the compassionate rehab team who walked alongside her throughout her recovery journey.

Rehab at Clepper Manor: Celebrating Success🎄❤️🎄

At Clepper Manor Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Sharon, PA, we are proud to share the remarkable progress of David, who joined us following a hospitalization for a left hamstring intramuscular hematoma. When David arrived, mobility was a challenge and even simple daily activities required moderate assistance. Everyday tasks, such as putting on socks, felt overwhelming, and overall weakness made recovery seem daunting.
With the dedicated support of our expert rehabilitation team—including our Physical Therapist, Director of Rehab COTA, and Occupational Therapist (pictured below)—David embarked on a personalized therapy plan designed to restore his strength and independence. Through hard work and encouragement, David regained his previous level of function and now walks confidently throughout our facility with only stand-by assistance. He can walk over 500 feet and climb two flights of stairs, demonstrating tremendous improvement in both balance and stamina.
As the holiday season approaches, David is preparing to return home, excited to spend more time with his family. His journey is a testament to the power of rehabilitation and the caring environment at Clepper Manor. We celebrate David’s achievements and wish him continued health and happiness.
