Save the dates for "First Fridays at The Lofts," 81 East State St., Sharon. They will host Free Silent Movies on the first Friday of the month at 7:30 pm.

“Beggers of Life” from 1928 will be shown on Friday, February 6th at 7:30pm.

The Lofts is located upstairs between Thyme In Your Kitchen and Studio 83.

The event is free and open to the public.

"First Fridays at the Lofts," 81 East State St, Sharon, will host Free Silent Movies at 7:30pm on the first Friday of every month.

Charlie Chaplin's “The Kid” from 1921 will be shown at 7:30 PM on January 2, 2026.

The event is free and open to the public.

The Lofts is located upstairs between Thyme In Your Kitchen and
Studio 83.

"The Kid is a 1921 American silent comedy-drama film written, produced, directed by and starring Charlie Chaplin, and features Jackie Coogan as his foundling baby, adopted son and sidekick. This was Chaplin's first full-length film as a director. It was a huge success and was the second-highest-grossing film in 1921. Now considered one of the greatest films of the silent era, it was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress in 2011."
