🗣️ Bridging the Gap From Classroom to Community: Transition Resources Related to Communication
📅 Date: December 17, 2025
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

🔍 About the Training:
ODP recently released a new resource focusing on communication systems for individuals transitioning from school to adulthood. While 61% of youth (ages 1–21) who do not use spoken words have a communication system, only 27–30% of adults do.

This training will provide guidance and practical tips to support effective communication during that transition.

✨ Hermitage Light Up Night 2025 ✨

Tonight marked our second year participating, and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you to everyone who came out, showed support, and made the night so special.

We loved seeing familiar faces and celebrating the start of the season together. And a big thank-you to everyone who stopped by the office afterward to enjoy cookies and hot cocoa with us — it was the perfect way to end the night! ❄️☕🍪
