My message for today-You can’t balance hormones that you dont have!

I’m almost 59, and I’ve been on BHRT for over 10 years. I’ve also been using peptides for 2.5 years. Hormones are chemical messengers, and many of them are peptides. Our body makes 1000’s of peptides. The BHRT hormones that I use are plant-sourced and 99.9% bioidentical. The peptides I use are 99.9% bioactive. No matter how “natural” I try to be, my body will never produce these hormones and peptides naturally again—not even at 20% of what it once did.
