Success is a team sport.

Not because it sounds good—
Because it’s how progress actually happens.

As we get older, something interesting happens.
Our circle gets smaller.

Too many rules.

Our interpretation of the latest nutrition guidance:
✔️ More fruits & veggies
✔️ Enough lean protein at every meal
✔️ More whole foods, fewer ultra-processed foods
✔️ Less saturated fat (red meat & full-fat dairy less often) *
✔️ Less added sugar
✔️ Less alcohol

The big shift?
Build meals around plants + protein first—everything else fits around that. * Red Meat and Full-Fat Dairy can be incorporated but heart health is a real problem in our country so eat these in moderation.

At Move Better, you are never just a face in the crowd. Unlike most “gyms” every member workout is delivered by an expert coach who knows YOU and YOUR needs. You’ll train with people just like you. People who want to look, feel and Move Better to live their best life.

We offer small group fitness training and Private One on One fitness training in a clean, comfortable atmosphere and have the expertise to deal with most physical limitations (Becuase lets face it. We all have “stuff”!)

We also offer online training for fitness as well as Nutrition and Wellness Coaching
