Every Wednesday, our clinic is closed from 0730-0930 for staff training. Doors will open at 9:45 AM.

✅ The appointment line remains open, so you can still call to book or manage your appointments during this time. You can also utilize the MHS Genesis Patient Portal to manage your care.

✅ The Nurse Advice Line is available 24/7 for medical guidance at 1-800-TRICARE (874-2273), option 1.

‼️ Mental Health Clinic Closure ‼️

The 20th Medical Gorup Mental Health clinic will be closed TODAY, April 17 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will resume normal operations on April 20.

The Mental Health on-call provider will be available during this timeframe to commander, law enforcement agencies, first sergeants and other helping agencies via Command Post.

For emergencies, personnel are advised to call 911 and contact their leadership.

For non-emergencies, personnel are advised to discuss concerns with trusted wingmen and utilize support resources such as Chaplains, MFLCS, etc.

🚨 CLINIC CHANGES HAPPENING NOW 🚨

Dear Patients,

Beginning 6 April 2026, our Active Duty and Non-Active Duty clinics will merge into one Primary Care Clinic to improve access to providers, appointments, and scheduling.

Members assigned to the Flight Medicine Clinic are NOT affected.



🔄 WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU

➡️ All scheduled patients (except Flight Medicine) will now check in at the first check-in desk upon arrival, regardless of your appointment type or clinic.

➡️ Signage will be posted to guide you through the check-in process
