📢 NOTICE: Outpatient Records Closure

The 20th Medical Group Outpatient Records Department will be closed from 1100-1300 effective 26 Nov through 31 December to allow for the Records staff to catch-up on backlogged records request due to the government shutdown. Patients will still be able to access the Genesis Portal on Kiosk in front of the Records department, as well as request copies of your records and drop off orders for in and out processing via secure drop box to the right of the Records department window. We will still be able to assist for any emergent needs.
