Sweetgrass Behavioral Health is open Monday through Friday at 102 E Green Bay St, Shawano WI. We are a privately owned outpatient mental health clinic and we are accepting new patients. We accept most insurances (Molina, United Healthcare, Humana, Medicaid, WPS, MHS, UMR, Health partners, Network Health, CHAMP VA, Multi Plan, Dean, Medicare,Tricare East, Auxient).
