From Dr. Pawluk…

But here's what actually determines how your body heals, performs, and feels: Your nervous system.
Your nervous system controls:
🔹 Inflammation response
🔹 Pain perception
🔹 Sleep quality and energy levels
🔹 Stress resilience
🔹 Immune function
🔹 Recovery speed
When your nervous system is stuck in "fight or flight" mode (sympathetic dominance), your body can't properly recover, no matter how much you rest.
Signs your nervous system needs support:
❌ Difficulty sleeping or staying asleep
❌ Constant tension or inability to relax
❌ Heightened pain sensitivity
❌ Anxiety or racing thoughts
❌ Poor recovery despite adequate rest

PEMF therapy supports nervous system regulation by:
✔️ Promoting parasympathetic activation (rest and digest mode)
✔️ Reducing stress-related inflammation
✔️ Supporting healthy brain wave patterns
✔️ Enhancing vagal nerve function

The result: Your body shifts from survival mode to recovery mode, where true healing happens.

Fascia is a connective tissue that supports and protects the body's structures by providing a supportive, fibrous network for muscles, organs, nerves and joints. Its key functions include stabilizing body structures, enabling smooth movement by reducing friction, protecting delicate tissues, transmitting force, and assisting with venous return.
Fascia transmits force generated by muscles through the body, which is essential for movement.
Structures like the plantar fascia provide dynamic support to the foot's arch, especially during activities like walking.
The deep fascia in the lower limbs helps increase venous return, pushing blood back up towards the heart.
🗣️Fascia plays a role in regulating the efficacy of the lymphatic system. The lymphatic system has no pump and is critical for overall health and wellbeing💯
Fascia is rich in sensory nerves, including mechanoreceptors, which provide your brain with information about your body's position in space (proprioception).
It also contains nociceptors (pain receptors) and thermoreceptors, contributing to pain and temperature sensation.
