Prize #3 Reveal 🎉

This week’s giveaway feature is a Recovery Basket packed with tools to help you move, stretch, and decompress.

Inside you’ll find a stainless steel muscle scraper, a JBL Go 3 portable Bluetooth speaker, a 5-in-1 foam roller set, and silicone magnetic fidget balls! Everything you need for a solid recovery day or a little stress relief between adjustments.

When I started this practice, my goal was simple: To create a space where people feel heard and cared for while working toward better movement and health. Seeing that reflected in the reviews and feedback from patients means more than I can put into words!

October 28, 2024, was the first day patients were seen at the Grounded Chiropractic office. I can’t believe it’s almost been ONE YEAR! 🎉

When I reflect on the past year, I’m filled with gratitude for the patients who have trusted me to be their chiropractor. The referrals, the testimonies, the continued support...it means the world to me.

That’s why we are focusing this month on celebrating YOU!!

This month will be filled with fun activities and some pretty great prizes, so keep an eye out for all the updates!!
