Autistic individuals may lean toward structure, routines, and literal thinking, often feeling overwhelmed by social demands and sensory overload. ADHDers tend to be energetic, impulsive, and easily distracted, with challenges in follow-through and organization.

But here’s the truth:
Both may struggle with emotional regulation, social interaction, and executive functioning—just in very different ways. And both deserve understanding, support, and a world that sees their strengths as clearly as their struggles.
