🎄Christmas Eve - Open 9 am-4 pm
🎉New Year's Eve - Open 9 am-5 pm

It’s been an amazing “Time of Giving” at SSM Health in Shawnee. Throughout December, our hospitals in Shawnee and Seminole and Medical Group collected donations to provide gifts to residents in nearby nursing homes who may not otherwise receive any. We ended up collecting enough donations to provide 58 gift bags for individuals and 6 large bags of additional goodies. The bags were delivered last week to 7 nursing homes in Shawnee, Seminole and Tecumseh. Our love supporting the communities we live and work in. 💙

The Saints Spark Cart's journey continued recently with a trip to the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. Every month, a team is shown how much they are appreciated by the previously-recognized team who sends them a visit from the Spark Cart. This month, last month’s honoree – Surgery -- chose to ‘pay it forward’ to their Cath Lab colleagues.

The Cath Lab and the surgery team share very close workspaces which has allowed them to collaborate and grow together. Surgery noted that when they need help with something, not one, but ALL of their Cath Lab neighbors eagerly provide assistance.

That’s teamwork! The surgery team (and all of us here at SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital – Shawnee) appreciates their partnership!
