Coming in January of 2026 to the ADRC of Sheboygan County!

🌟 Mind Over Matter: Healthy Bowels, Healthy Bladder (MOM) 🌟
This workshop is designed to help older women gain skills and confidence to improve bladder and bowel health through simple exercises and diet changes.

Over the course of three engaging sessions, groups women meet every other week for two hours. With guidance from a trained facilitator, participants set personal goals, track progress, and support each other along the way.

Why MOM works:
✔️ Short & manageable – 3 sessions over one month
✔️ Comfortable setting – Small groups that build trust and privacy
✔️ Community-based – Led by a trained female facilitator
✔️ Interactive & empowering – Participants work together toward personalized goals
✔️ Fun & welcoming – Social time, tasteful humor, and fiber-filled snacks included
✔️ Proven results – Helps improve bladder symptoms for 71% of women and bowel symptoms for 55%

If you or someone you know could benefit from better bladder or bowel health, MOM is a supportive and effective place to start! Class will meet on Tuesday January 13th, January 27th, and February 10th from 9:00am-11:00am at the ADRC of Sheboygan County.

To register for class please call the ADRC at 920-467-4100.
