1. Pelvic Tilts (Cat–Cow)
🤍Promotes segmental mobility of the lumbar spine.

Can we be honest for a second?

I know you want a quick fix.🛠️
I know you're tired.💤
I know you've been struggling for so long that you're hoping one adjustment will change everything.

You can't quick fix nervous system regulation.
