Jaw clenching and grinding isn't just a "stress habit." It's your body's protective response, trying to stabilize an unstable joint and keep your airway open, especially at night.

💚 Moments like this are why we’re so passionate about pediatric care 💚

This sweet little one began chiropractic care at 6 months old while wearing a helmet due to difficulty turning his head, which led to flat spots and delayed physical progress. With consistent, gentle adjustments, his nervous system was able to better support movement, symmetry, and development 🧠✨

The result? Incredible improvement—so much so that he only needed to wear his helmet for the minimum amount of time expected 🙌 And even after graduating from helmet care, his family chose to continue chiropractic visits because of how much he benefits—and how much he truly loves coming to Grounded Roots 🌱
