Here is one of the accessory movements that I like to do and there are a variation of positions I do with the floor press.
The floor press is a highly effective, joint-friendly, and versatile strength exercise that primarily builds massive lockout strength in the triceps and chest while reducing shoulder strain. By performing presses on the floor, you eliminate excessive shoulder external rotation and decrease the range of motion, allowing for heavier loading and increased stability.
When I like to do personal training with my athletes I like working on strengthening the finer muscles.
