📣 Exciting News for Cedar Grove! 📣
Creekside Performance Center – Cedar Grove is taking the next step to better serve you! Thanks to the incredible support and demand from the community, we are happy to announce that commercial insurance will now be accepted at our Cedar Grove location beginning November 24, 2025.

To help streamline your experience across both offices, we will also be eliminating Square online scheduling.
➡️ All appointments will now be scheduled through our main office at 920-459-9090.

When calling, please be sure to let our team know that your appointment is for the Cedar Grove location so we can get you scheduled properly.

We’re excited to continue growing and serving you with the highest level of care. Thank you for trusting us with your health and performance!

Huge congratulations to Riley and Ady Ketterhagen on signing to continue their women’s basketball careers at UW-Green Bay!

Watching these two grow as athletes has been an honor. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of helping support their health, recovery, and performance here at our office — and their dedication has always stood out.
We’re so proud of the hard work they’ve put in, on and off the court.

Our Pelvic Floor Specialist, Miki Eaton, WHNP recently passed her exam through the Menopause Society to be a Certified Practitioner.

A Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) is a healthcare provider who has completed specialized, rigorous training and passed an exam to demonstrate advanced expertise in managing women's health during perimenopause and menopause. This certification signifies the practitioner has a deep understanding of current research and best practices for a wide range of treatments, including hormone therapy, lifestyle changes, and managing symptoms like hot flashes and mood changes. They are equipped to provide more individualized and up-to-date care than a general practitioner.

We are incredibly proud to highlight one of our own, Dr. Poua Pheng Vue, who served in the U.S. Marine Corps before becoming an esteemed doctor on our team.
