63yr old Todd Janssen left the assisted living facility early Saturday morning and hasn't been seen since. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket and stocking cap. He may be confused and may be trying to get to a golf course. If seen or found, please call the Sheboygan Police Department at: 920-459-3333

Introducing 🥁🥁🥁🥁THE LADY BEHIND PINKY THE PUMPKIN 🎀🎃 BECKY!! Our Lead Concierge!

✨ What did you do before joining Countryside?

I have a degree in early childhood and administration. I worked as a lead preschool teacher for 16 years. 12 of those years I was also the director for the two facilities that I worked at… First child’s play … Second Wonder World Preschool

With my husband, we owned a cleaning service called, "Ogea Enterprises". We would clean for small businesses and residential homes.

✨What roles have you held at Countryside? How long have you been with Countryside?

In February 2019, I started employment at Countryside as a first shift server and a second shift concierge. I love both positions very much, but when offered the full-time for a shift concierge as the lead, I accepted the opportunity to advance in the company.

✨ What inspires you to show up every day?

"It's a beautiful day at countryside!" - is the greeting you will receive even if the day is not so bright. Trying to put a smile on your face is always the goal. Listening to the residents is always very important to me -even if the story changes or I’ve heard it before. I will always offer my full attention and sometimes I offer a warm hug and a piece of candy before they leave my desk.

✨ What’s one fun fact about you?

I love rocks (to paint) and I have an addiction to gnomes! A fun fact about me… You can find my family’s name on a step leading to the top of the marsh tower! My name also appears in the Statue of Liberty along with my mother and two sisters names. An honor we were given for collectively selling Avon for 30 years!

✨ What’s something unique or quirky about you?

My grandchildren, call me, "Gramma Ducky." my granddaughter had lots of grandmas, great grandma’s, and even a great great grandma. So she would call us grandma - insert first name -and my name came out as ducky instead of Becky and I thought it was so cute so the name stuck! My husband is Grandpa Ducky, and our grandchildren are fondly known as our ducklings 🐣🐥

✨ What’s your favorite drink?

Mellow yellow

✨ What’s your favorite food?

Spaghetti and meatballs 

✨ What’s your favorite annual celebration at Countryside—and why?

There are so many things that we do at Countryside, but my favorite is when the daycare kids from Big Steps Little Feet come to Countryside. Especially the Halloween parade! Seeing our resident's faces light up, brings so much joy to my heart! ❤️

🎉🥇 WE WON FIRST PLACE! 🥇🎉
Our very own pumpkin, Pinky, took FIRST PLACE in our company-wide pumpkin decorating contest! 🎃💗

Because of this win, our community gets the honor of donating $1,000 to the Susan G. Komen organization in support of breast cancer awareness and research. 💞🎀

We are truly blessed to be part of a community that believes in winning for others — where creativity, compassion, and purpose come together to make a difference.
