Back-to-school season and cooler weather often mean more exposure to germs. From the classroom to the office, it’s common to see an uptick in colds, flu, and other seasonal illnesses this time of year.

Here are a few ways to protect yourself and your family:
✅ Stay up to date on vaccines – flu shots help reduce the spread of illness.
