Navigating Conflicting Approaches to COVID Safety

$45, sliding scale - pay what you can, open to all

Do you find it difficult to tolerate when others don’t seem to take COVID-19 seriously enough? How about when people seem too extreme in the measures they take? If so, you are in good company. In this class we’ll come to understand the difficulties as a consequence of invisible threat. We'll practice ways to anchor ourselves in the face of reactivity. We’ll aim to build resilience together.
