🌟 STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Ben Sorrentino 🌟

This week we're proud to highlight an important member of our team, Ben Sorrentino!

Ben has spent much of his life dedicated to fitness, focusing not only on his own personal growth but also on helping others improve their health and movement. A longtime martial artist, Ben has been an instructor for over 25 years, sharing his knowledge and passion with students and clients alike.

In 2019, Ben became a Certified Personal Trainer, continuing to expand his expertise in helping people move and feel better. During his journey, he also became certified in stretch therapy, adding another valuable skill to his training.

Today, Ben uses all of his experiences to help our patients improve their range of motion, feel loser and more mobile, and move more comfortably in their daily lives. He also works with patients on stretching techniques they can continue at home between visits so they can maintain and build on their progress.

Ben is an essential part of our team, and we're excited to offer his expertise to our patients and community. 💪
