Most people have no idea how risky back surgery really is. And the research is crystal clear…
This study (Nguyen et al., Spine Journal, 2011) followed workers’ comp patients who underwent lumbar fusion… and the outcomes were shocking:
Only 26% of people who had back surgery returned to work within 2 years.
67% of those who did not have surgery returned to work.
36% of surgeries resulted in major complications.
27% needed a second surgery.
Read that again.
More than 1 in 4 people needed ANOTHER surgery.
This is why we say—boldly and unapologetically—
it is NOT a good idea to wait to take care of your spine.
Waiting is not neutral. Waiting moves you closer to irreversible damage.
The truth nobody tells you:
Corrective chiropractic—done consistently—helps prevent the degeneration and instability that lead people into these high-risk surgeries in the first place.
In our office, we’ve cared for hundreds of people who came to us after back surgery… with scar tissue, chronic pain, nerve damage, or loss of mobility.
Almost every one of them says the same thing:
“I wish I would’ve found you sooner.”
Your first step:
Don’t guess. Don’t wait. Don’t hope it gets better.
The first step is a precise evaluation and a baseline set of spinal X-rays so we can see:
• The current alignment of your spine
• How much degeneration is already present
• The stress on your nervous system
• And what needs to be corrected to protect your future
Your spine is your lifeline.
When the spine breaks down, everything breaks down.
If this educated YOU, it will educate someone you love.
