🍽️ The rules:
• Only eat what’s on your plate
• 1 plate for appetizers
• 1 plate for dinner
• 1 plate for dessert
• Avoid (or minimize) drinking your calories
• Bring an accountability buddy to the party

THE CATALYST “SKIERG SMACKDOWN” IS HERE! 🎄

We thought it would be fun to close out 2025 strong with a month-long points challenge running December 1–27 — and yes, you’ll be earning points every single week!

👉 You’ll enter your points weekly in SugarWOD.

A new “workout” will be posted every Saturday: Dec 6, 13, 20, and 27.

✔️ Weekly updates and standings will be announced every Monday.

WEEK 1 DETAILS

All points for Week 1 must be entered in SugarWOD by Saturday, December 6th at 10:00 AM.

HOW TO EARN WEEK 1 POINTS (HONOR SYSTEM)

SkiErg Calories: 1 cal = 1 point (total calories accumulated throughout the week)
Google Review: 1 review = 10 points
Social Media Tag: 1 tag = 5 points

CHALLENGE RULES (All Month)

December SkiErg Goal — 500 calories
Hit 500 cals and you’re automatically entered into a raffle. If you do just 25 cal / day x 5 days every week, you’ll hit the 500 calorie goal!

Bonus Calories = Bonus Raffle Entries
For every additional 100 calories past 500, you earn another raffle entry.

Weekly Winners
Top 3 point earners each week get an extra raffle entry.

Every week, we’ll reveal NEW opportunities to earn points.
