We have arrived at Thanksgiving Month! This time of year is unfortunately the beginning of a terrible snowball effect into weight gain and lethargy for many people! Don't let that be you. Here are a few tips for this week:

1. Increase activity- Do a Max T3 or similar HIIT/Weight Training workout DAILY (even on turkey day). Do it in the morning so it's out of the way. This will also encourage you to make healthy choices during the day!
2. Don't get cray cray 😜- Decide beforehand which indulgence you will choose, and make it count! Avoid eating all the bad things in one meal by having a plan. As always, never give in to your allergens because recovery from this can take months of gut repair.
3. Intermittent fast the day of Thanksgiving- Consider fasting from dinner Wednesday till the meal on Thursday and then again till 11am the next day to maximize your hormones and keep you fat burning as long as possible. Drink lots of water!
4. Bring your own MaxLiving approved dish to dinner so that you know you'll have something you can enjoy in case your family missed the health memo you sent.
5. Alternate drinks with water- For every glass of wine/cocktail or other beverage you have, chug a glass of water. Again, apply tip #2 (don't get Cray Cray).
