Just wanted to say thank you to the Scottish Gathering 2025.

Here is the acronym for H.E.A.T- "Holding the Heat!"

H- Holistic: Recognizes that wellness involves the whole person, including mental, physical, emotional, social. Not just one aspect. Thousands of pathways to help us be the best version of self.

E- Empowerment: Focuses on building self-efficacy and giving individuals the tools and confidence to manage their own wellness and recovery. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever....give up!

A- Active: Emphasizes the importance of taking an active role in one's own wellness journey through consistent effort and engagement. EXCITE, ENCOURAGE, ENGAGE!!

T- Thinking: Highlights the power of thought processes, reframing negative thoughts, and developing a positive and resilient mindset as a key part of wellness/recovery.

Journey of Joy Journal: Create a record of the details, joyful moments, God kisses, beautiful memories we may forget as we grow older. An affirmation collective of your own life that promotes you seeing and living with the Order + Harmony = Assurance of your journey. Legacy for our loved ones is created with our stories.

You are enough, you are worthy, your are beloved, you are favored, you matter!!
