The residents of Carriage House Inn would like to convey their heartfelt thanks to Mr. Don Allen for the wonderful performance. The residents had a truly enjoyable time. The residents at The Heart Remembers participated in a card game activity this afternoon, which included UNO and Phase 10.

Our Veterans here at Carriage House Inn enjoyed a special visit on Tuesday from Miss Tennessee Elementary America 2026 - Riley Kate Oliver, who kindly hand delivered goodies to them all. Such a sweet surprise! Thank you, Ms. Oliver! It will always be a pleasure ❤️

The residents at The Heart Remembers enjoyed an afternoon of BINGO with Amy Jones of Adoration Home Health. Thank you, Amy! It's always a pleasure having you!

The residents at Carriage House enjoyed getting their Manicures with Mary Ellen, and a few came out just to show off their new " do". Trena Cook is always working her magic on us here at Carriage House Inn and The Heart Remembers!

Don't worry, you still have some time. We are still taking in wreath, and decorated Christmas tree donations until November 21st!

We will have the silent auction here at Carriage House and our proceeds this year will go towards the Shelbyville Community Soup Kitchen to help feed those in need! ❤️

To all who have served and those still serving — thank you for your courage, your sacrifice, and your unwavering dedication. Your service protects the freedoms we cherish every day. 🇺🇸

We remember, we appreciate, and we salute you.

We would like to express our gratitude towards the ladies at AROSA - Amanda, Kala, and Nina. We can't thank you all enough for the gifts you brought our Veterans and the thoughtful speech that was also graciously delivered.
We would also like to thank, Amy Jones of Adoration Home Health for the delicious cake, cupcakes and charcuterie trays. The residents enjoyed them all very much!

In observance of National Family Caregiver Month, the Caregiver Relief Program is hosting the Virtual Dementia Tour on November 13, 2025, from 3-6pm. If you provide care for someone affected by Alzheimer's disease or another form of dementia, this presents a valuable opportunity. On this cold, snowy ❄️ 🥶 day the residents took full advantage of staying indoors to enjoy BINGO this afternoon here at Carriage House. Meanwhile the residents at The Heart Remembers enjoyed getting their Manicures with Alyssa while savoring their every sip of fresh brewed coffee. ☕

We also enjoyed delicious Vanilla Cupcakes made for the residents by our amazing kitchen staff for dessert after lunch today in dedication of National Vanilla Cupcake Day!

The residents at The Heart Remembers played their best game at Bean Bag Toss on Friday afternoon. The RED team won with 675 points 👏👏👏✨ Afterwards we enjoyed some hot coffee ☕, and good conversation during Coffee Thirty!

A heartfelt thank you to Fair Haven Baptist Church for visiting the Carriage House and leading the residents in Bible Study and Hymnals. The residents deeply appreciate the company and time spent with them yesterday!
