The residents had some special visitors over the weekend who read stories to us all. We would like to express our thanks to Ms. McKees granddaughters Lorelai and Margot for stopping by to visit with us ❤️ The residents truly enjoyed the stories and the company!

On Monday the residents here at Carriage House Inn and The Heart Remembers enjoyed celebrating all of our December birthdays. Our heartfelt appreciation goes to Diana Nunley of Compassus Hospice for always taking care of our birthday cake needs! ❤️🎂

On Friday the residents at The Heart Remembers received crocheted throws by Melissa Doggett. Her son, Ethan and his wife Harley, and their son Keaton hand delivered them to the residents! Such a kind gift ❤️
We thank you all! ❤️

The residents at The Heart Remembers enjoyed a game of Yahtzee, while the residents at Carriage House Inn enjoyed learning to play Phase 10!

Santa Claus stopped by for a visit here at Carriage House Inn and The Heart Remembers on Tuesday afternoon during our Christmas social and marked everyone NICE on his list and gifted the residents stockings! 🎄✨
We would also like to extend our gratitude towards Flowers for Keeps for the beautiful arrangement for us here at Carriage House Inn, and to Scott and Norma Beals for the delish cupcakes for our social on Tuesday, and to Quinton Brandon for being our Santa. You're all a blessing. ❤️

The residents of Carriage House Inn enjoyed singing along with Mr. Wayne Rollins on Friday morning. We appreciate your visit, Wayne; the residents truly enjoy your company.
We would also like to express our gratitude towards Fair Haven Baptist Church for dropping off gifts for all the residents in our small, but mighty community here at Carriage House Inn! We are also extremely thankful to those of you have brought by poinsettias! We had a beautiful white one delivered on Friday, and we wish we knew who from! ❤️

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to Kasie Sanderson of NHC, Anne Farrar of Aveanna, and Amy Jones of Adoration Home Health for their thoughtfulness towards our staff at our Christmas Party today.
The food, catered by Emmys Restaurant, was outstanding, featuring grilled chicken or hamburger steaks with mushrooms and onions, twice baked potatoes, macaroni and cheese, rolls, and salad. We also enjoyed an assortment of goodies for dessert and some delicious Grinch Punch!
We thank you ladies for all that you do, and continue to do for us here at Carriage House Inn and The Heart Remembers ❤️
