Fun Black Friday 5K Run/Walk in Shelbyville, Indiana! Chip timed on flat and fast paved course! Super cute turkey trophy awards for overall and age group winners 1-3rd! Run first, shop later!! Nice indoor registration and bathrooms!

Tonight we celebrated Ethan’s 100th attendance point of 2025. The last time Ethan made it to the Century Club, he was a little tike riding his bike among the runners and getting in trouble with Michael Wallace. The getting in trouble with Mike hasn’t changed much, but instead of riding circles around us, he’s running them!
Keep it up, Ethan! 🎉

Larry joined the Century Club tonight. He’s a faithful member and has attended 100 out of a possible 119 so far this year.
Larry shows no sign of slowing down any time soon! Keep it up!!

We were thrilled that tonight was the last time we’d be meeting at Kennedy Park. Beginning next week, our Wednesday location will be Clearwick Park.

Celebrating 5 months of my latest book. 🎉

5 months ago a few Shelby Roadrunners became a little famous when their backsides were put on the back of my book 🤣 And Michael Wallace got few pages to share some of his well-loved running tips.

This was a fun project to put together and include some of my closest friends. There's something in it for everyone. You can apply the lessons I've learned from finding money when I'm running to your own life even if you're not a runner. There are also devotions included to encourage you on your faith and fitness journey.

Tonight it was Mike who attended his 100th training run of 2025.
BG - Before Grandkids - Mike was the first one to reach 100 and was first in attendance, but AG - After Grandkids - attendance hasn’t been his top priority in life (although it’s still a close 2nd 😉).

It was Dick’s turn to be celebrated tonight for making it to his 100th run/walk with the group. Since he joined the group only a few years ago, he’s rarely missed. We’re so glad you’re one of us, Dick!
