At Walker Place Assisted Living, we provide a pet-friendly, homelike setting conveniently located across the street from the Intelliplex Medical Center. We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.

Celebrating the incredible women who shaped our world 💖
Meet Kim: Kim worked for 34 years at MHP as a housekeeper. She started when she was 28 years old and retired in 2019. In her words, the most rewarding part of her job was meeting so many people. She always worked the 1st floor, so she was able to greet people as they arrived. Kim enjoyed insuring the hospital always looked and smelled good. It was her job to make sure the hospital was disinfected to keep everyone safe. Kim states she wouldn't change a thing and is honored to say she retired from MHP after 34 years of service!
