I am excited to have completed specialized training in yoga for athletes! What's cool is Table Rockin' Yoga yogis have been doing a lot of this for a while now. What's even better is now we can grow what we've been doing and have a better understanding of how it helps us be at peek performance for a better golf game, ski run, or daily functional mobility. Join us if you want to increase your athletic ability, too.

What an amazing night! Yoga, tacos, and best of all awesome friends. This group is absolutely the best!
