Because if emotions were in charge, we’d be crying at a stoplight, taking a random exit, and saying “what the actual f**k” the whole way.

You can ride along.
You can talk your s**t.

In a healthy energetic field, we are connected to Earth energies with our lower body and Heaven energies with our upper body as so beautifully depicted in this picture.

Unknowingly, we often shift and move our energetic field as a defense to avoid pain, feelings, and trauma that are part of the Earth experience as a human.

One way that we defend energetically is to push our energy field up and out of our body to avoid the intensity of the human experience, thus breaking our Earth connections.

In this case, we can struggle with anxiety, stress, and overwhelm. If we are not connected to the Earth we usually can't begin to process a pain, inconvenient feeling, or traumatic event because we aren't entirely plugged in to the Divinity that exists right in our physical body. We end up floating out of our bodies to an extent.

We need to feel safe to process and feel our feelings and this is one of many reasons why our energetic Earth connection is so important.

A good sized group has signed up for the upcoming Level 1 Reiki class!!!🥳🤩

Registration ended last Friday but call/text me 715-651-4981 if you'd like to join in the fun!! I haven't gathered all the materials to send out so you've got another couple of days to let me know.

More participants = more powerful results so be sure to join this good sized group if you're contemplating! It's nice to be in a sacred container in the middle of winter without even having to put on a bra and go somewhere.

Class is $250 with an option for super cheap 1 on 1 support. If you've done classes with me in the past and want to repeat, it'll be $50 to repeat.

One of the things that I highly value as a practitioner is teaching others how to regulate their own energy field and do self healings.

This gives you the power to get in touch with your own Divinity if things go astray....which happens a lot during the holidays😜

Registration ends this week for the Usui Holy Fire®III Level 1 Reiki Class coming up in January where you'll learn how to regulate your own energy field, complete a self healing, and be certified as an Usui Holy Fire®III Level 1 Reiki Practitioner.

This will be done in the evenings over Zoom from January 7th to February 25th 2026. There is also an option to add on (3) 1 hour sessions with throughout the course to have added support at a huge discounted rate.

During a healing, I regulate my own energy field to support the client's energy field. For example, if the client's root chakra is undercharged, I focus conscious awareness on my own root chakra and hold that frequency to allow the client's root chakra to resonate to the same frequency and better hold a charge.

What's so cool about this is that when our energy field is regulated, it causes the energy fields around us to regulate also.

Our sheer be-ing creates change everywhere we go.

So not only are you feeling good in your own Divinity...you're also helping others to step into theirs. 🌹🔥❤️
