I'm excited to announce a New 1 on 1 Offering! For those of you that have been with me from the very start you know that I offered Integrative Health Coaching for about a year or two until I fully switched over to Energy Healing.

I've decided to combine the 2 modalities in this beautiful offering (+some new recorded healings!) to support those that are really wanting to deep dive. Here are the details!

Sacred Passage is a 4 month container where you'll have full 1 on 1 support from April in navigating the Sacred Passage that is your spiritual journey.

It includes:

~ (8) 60 minute sessions spaced every two weeks which can be used for coaching and/or energy healing. (In Person or Remotely)
~ (2) 30 minute sessions before and after program for intention setting and evaluation
~ Access to Sacred Wheels Journey - 7 Week Chakra Experience
~ Access to Sacred Experiences - 7 Recorded Group Healings
~ Schedule of above recordings specific to this 1 on 1 container
~ Support in between sessions from April throughout 4 months during business hours

COST: $700 Pay in Full or $185 a month for 4 months

My helpers were at it again this weekend🥰❤️The Shell Lake Lions Club welcomes local businesses to set up their own lights display at the campsites on the lake. The lights get turned on Thanksgiving evening so be sure to check them out this holiday season!

Usui Holy Fire®III Level 1 and 2 Reiki Classes are coming up after Christmas!

I sat down and totally restructured these and I'm SO EXCITED about the changes.🔥

I'm offering these both via Zoom on a weeknight for about an hour over several weeks. This way students get time to let the information and transformation sink in.

I'm also including more practice time with the techniques, some shamanic ceremony/healings, and an opportunity for 1 on 1 support as an optional add on with these classes to support this deeper process.

When we built the she shed, I knew that I wanted to enough space to do group workshops and classes. I'm excited to share that I'm now offering Private Group Sacred Weekend Retreats here at Wellness N Soul!!! Here are the details:

Customize your own Private Group Sacred Retreat with your tribe at Wellness N Soul! We will work together to customize the experience to the group's intention for gathering. The workshops can include any mixture of elemental ceremonies, group healings, teachings, sound healings, individual healings, creative arts, and anything else unique and inspiring to the group.

This is great for groups wanting to:
• Connect and support each other in personal transformation
• Grieve a loss
• Set an intention for a new beginning
• Celebrate a win
• Just get together and have fun!

Participants: Minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 guests

Lunch: Participants can choose to bring individual lunches, do a potluck, or go into town.

Cost: 1 Day $500 or 2 Day $900 Total for group *Balance is due at booking

Each Day is 9 am to 5 pm with 1 hour lunch
