I'd like to offer specific pain relief sessions, but in this kind of format:
*If you have an area of acute (6 months or less) or chronic (longer than 6 months to even several years) pain, I'd like to offer an approximately 30 to 60 min session to determine if and how I can help to lessen or eliminate this pain.
*I don't like setting a specific amount of time really for sessions, because sometimes I don't want to continue to over aggravate or stimulate the area, but feel I need to fulfill the amount of time you have scheduled. Other times, I need more time-to assess and do some hands on work, try other modalities including heat, cupping, red light, teach a couple exercises or stretches you can do on your own and discuss a treatment plan to where you can manage the pain as much as possible *independently* to save you time and money.
**Typically** I can greatly help acute pain in one to two sessions, and can text to check in about exercises and doing the right things at home. A chronic pain may take a few more sessions, and then maybe a maintenance program, but again, working together to find ways to get relief at home
*SO, My question whenever I get anything self care wise done, is "How much does it cost?"
I personally get anxiety when I don't know •exactly• how much I'll be spending 🫠
I want these sessions to be affordable; I always say I don't want money to stand in the way of pain relief, so I am going go with a flat rate of $70, regardless of the treatments I use or length of session.
I will only be offering limited openings in order to keep the quality of my work the best it can be, and generally AM hours to keep my afternoons free for running the business side of things and working on my many random projects around here!!
