We are excited to recognize Isabella as our February Employee of the Month! 🌟
Isabella is a Certified Medication Aide who has worn many hats during her time with us. No matter the department — activities, dining services, medical records, scheduling, assisted living, housekeeping, and beyond — she is always willing to step in and lend a hand. Her flexibility, positive attitude, and team spirit make such a difference throughout our community. 🥰
Isabella has worked in healthcare for 12 years and has been part of the Shell Rock Senior Living team since 2018, with only a short break along the way. Her favorite part of the job is her coworkers and caring for residents who have become like family to her, as well as getting to know their loved ones. That genuine connection shows in everything she does. 🧡
Outside of work, Isabella enjoys gardening, planting wildflowers, and fishing with her husband and son. And here's a fun update — she will officially be a boy mom of two this summer! 🌱🌷🎣
