November Employee of the Month Spotlight is Jorden! 🌟 She is a Certified Nurses Aide Restorative Aide who has dedicated 11 years to healthcare and has been a valued member of the Accura team for a total of 3 years.
Jorden brings compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude to her role every day, and it shows in the strong connections she builds with both residents and coworkers. She takes pride in providing care that goes beyond daily tasks, always focusing on comfort, trust, and genuine relationships. ❤️
Outside of work, Jorden enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her two sons and her husband. She also loves hanging out at her favorite tattoo shop, Tales Untold, listening to a good audible book or podcast, and relaxing with true crime podcast featuring Kendall Rae. 📚
At work, Jorden's favorite part of her job is building solid relationships with her residents, whom she truly considers family, and sharing laughter with her coworkers. Known as a true team player, Jorden is always willing to step in and help wherever she is needed, making a meaningful difference each day. We are so happy to have her as part of our community.
