Little yogis I haven’t had a class in a while due to my back injury. Hoping to be back soon but for now here’s some holiday yoga you can try at home!
Going down the chimney
Tree or Christmas tree pose
Ice skating or tiny nutcracker dancer
Shooting star or seated for a sleigh ride
Calm seated for blowing out a Christmas or Hanukkah candles.
