Meet Beth!

A lifelong mover with a love of intentional, sustainable strength. After years of dance and running, Pilates became her path to healing, supporting her through major surgeries and helping her rebuild strength from the inside out

Her classes are grounded, supportive and rooted in classical pilates ( yes, expect the hundred 🤣)
